OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM

  • Michael Jewell

    Chief Executive Officer

    Michael leads the firm’s strategic direction and investment focus. In addition to leveraging his legal, development, and investment experience, he has worked to position the firm to capitalize on opportunities in both debt and equity across market segments and cycles. Michael graduated from Utah State University and earned a juris doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.

    Michael was a walk-on basketball player at Utah Valley University and enjoys playing every sport imaginable with his five sons. He is also a competitive golfer, maintaining a scratch handicap.

  • S. Craig Adams

    Investment Board

    Craig has 25+ years of experience working at major financial advisory firms and developing real estate. Craig provides strategic oversight and investment management expertise. Craig is a certified financial planner and graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Finance.

    Craig is an avid waterskier and constructed a private ski-lake community in his hometown of Garland, Utah. Craig enjoys skiing with his kids, who have been recognized nationally for slalom and jump skiing.

  • Jon M. White

    Investment Board

    Jon is a seasoned business owner and investor with a strong track record of entrepreneurial leadership and real estate development and investment. Jon leverages his diverse industry experience and extensive network to identify and drive strategic investment opportunities. Jon’s career is characterized by his ability to blend hands-on management with thoughtful capital deployment.

    Jon enjoys just about anything outdoors and maintains an active lifestyle. Particularly during the winter season in Utah, there is a good chance you’ll find him on the face of a mountain.

  • Nic Porter

    Director, Construction & Development

    Nic oversees all land development and construction activities at Trivium Real Estate Group. Leveraging decades of development and construction experience, Nic guides the firm’s strategic planning and decision-making, ensuring efficient resource allocation and quality throughout the development lifecycle. Nic graduated from the University of Utah.

    Nic is a competitive cyclist, often finishing near the top of the leaderboard in high-level competitions like LOTOJA. Aside from trips with his family, his annual cycling trip to Europe is a highlight of the year.

  • Erik Smith

    Director, Finance & Accounting

    Erik oversees all financial functions for Trivium, including reporting, investment management, financial modeling, debt financing, and general accounting operations. Erik brings extensive experience from his work with large real estate investment groups and regional accounting firms for real estate operators. Erik graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Accounting before receiving a master’s degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.

    Erik is a dedicated runner, competing in a number of competitions and marathons when he isn’t building financial models.

  • Tiffany Meyer

    Director, Property Management

    Tiffany leverages her 15+ years of experience in property management to maximize value for each project through operational management, employee relations, customer service, and training and hiring the right team members. Tiffany’s  experience covers a broad spectrum of expertise including market rates, lease ups, rehabilitation, and stabilized properties.

    Tiffany loves the outdoors and can often be found camping with her family in the mountains.
